Clients are required to book appointments in advance through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp or calling our salon. Walk-ins will be accommodated if there are available time slots. Clients with prior bookings will be given be given priority over walk ins. A waitlist is available and clients with bookings more than 20 minutes late without communication will be cancelled in order to accommodate clients in waitlist or walk-ins. Clients are requested to provide first name, last name, email and telephone number for their booking. We ask for your permission to be included in our mailing list. We maintain the right to refuse service to those who do not adhere to our salon policies.
If a client is not satisfied with their service. They are encouraged to communicate their concerns to our salon staff immediately. We will make every effort to resolve any issues or concerns to client's satisfaction.
We accept card, transfer and cash(only in extreme case of network failure). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and gratuity. Transfer should include reference of name(s) used for bookings. POS that is declined but still debited do not count as payment. Clients are required to use another card or make a transfer. POS that are declined but still debited should be resolved through your bank.
Our music is designed to enhance the overall studio experience while respecting comfort of our clients. We strive to maintain appropriate volume level that allows for conversations and relaxation. Our staff regularly monitors the volume to ensure it is conducive for studio environment.
We kindly ask for permission to take pictures and videos during and after service. This will be posted on our social media.
We do not keep left over extensions for clients. We encourage clients to take with them the left overs from their service. Clients must pay for extensions once they have been cut, stretched and/or mixed. We stock limited quantity and range of hair extensions. If a client has a specific colour or type of extensions that they prefer to use, we respectively request that you purchase before your appointment.
At our studio, we strive to create a relaxing experience for all our clients. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that everyone in the studio including staff and guests , adhere to the following guidelines: When engaging in conversations with guests or salon staff, please be mindful of the volume of your voice. This also applies to watching of video contents. This is to avoid disturbing other guests who maybe enjoying their treatments or seeking a peaceful environment.
We offer light refreshments for all our clients. We offer one serving of either water, tea,coffee, capri-sun(kids only) and biscuit per client. Our barbering clients are offerred one chilled drink only. Clients who would like more than the allocated serving are requested to pay a token amount to cover the costs.
We welcome children 4years and above, however they must be supervised by an adult at times while in the salon. We understand that young children can be uncooperative when having their hair services done. Our staff are highly trained and patient however, if service exceeds allocated time, we reserve the right to charge for additional time taken for the service.
We have a zero- tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination towards our staff members. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, offensive language, unwanted advances, and or any behaviour that makes our staff feel unsafe. Violations of these may result in termination of services.
We understand that unforseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointment. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, their appointment maybe cancelled and considered no show. No shows attracts a penalty of N2,000 which will be added as debt on client's account.
Clients must provide a minimum of 2 hours' notice for cancellation and rescheduling. This allows us accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. Failure to adhere will result in a cancellation fee of N2,000 which will be added as debt on client's account.
